Taking coaxial reduction motors as an example, the breather valve/drain valve and oil level depend on different installation arrangements. This is a model three-dimensional wall. Let's take a look at the installation method of the gearbox. M1 and M2 represent its installation method.

The customer in Handan ordered and delivered the installation position with M1, and the correct installation position and oil level for M1 are as follows: all gears are fully lubricated.

But he installed the order and delivery installation position M1, but his installation position was M4, which is incorrect. This can easily cause problems.

1. The first gear cannot be lubricated

2. After a short period of operation, the first gear will be damaged and produce noise (the damage to the gearbox is only a matter of time)

3. Possible oil leakage from the pressure vent valve.

And we need to pay attention to the installation position M4 for ordering and delivery: the correct oil level for M4, but the installation position M3 is incorrect. The following method cannot be used.

1. Too much lubricating oil compared to M3

2. Due to incorrect position, the pressure breathing valve cannot function

3. Oil leaks from the pressure vent valve

4. As the temperature rises, the oil pressure will increase and the oil seal will leak oil
