Technical requirements for ABB explosion-proof motor junction box and flexible joint

When the cable is introduced into the double entry hole junction box, if there is a hole that does not introduce the cable, this hole needs to be sealed with a steel wall panel larger than 2mm.

The explosion-proof flexible pipe of ABB explosion-proof motor has flexible joints at both ends, and the length of the explosion-proof flexible pipe can be cut on site according to actual needs.
3. The external thread of the explosion-proof flexible joint shall be connected to the internal thread of the junction box with threads, and the connection thread shall not be less than 6 threads.

The explosion-proof flexible pipe of ABB explosion-proof motor is used in the cable inlet of the motor, where it is difficult to directly connect the steel pipe with electrical equipment, where the pipeline passes through the expansion joint of the building, and where the pipeline passes through the settlement joint of the building. The corresponding specification and model should be selected at the corresponding ambient temperature during use.

5. The ABB explosion-proof motor junction box adopts a compression nut type introduction device, and the rubber sealing gasket used has a copper core groove. The allowable gap error between the inner diameter of the gasket and the outer diameter of the cable shall not exceed 1mm. If this cannot be met, self-adhesive tape shall be wrapped around the outer layer of the cable until the allowable gap value is reached.
The cable introduced into the explosion-proof joint of ABB explosion-proof motor adopts a compression nut type introduction device with anti loosening and anti cable pulling functions.
