The problem occurs in the high-speed running main circuit or control circuit. Check whether the start button SB2, contactor KM2 and KM3 coils and contacts are normal, and whether the normally closed interlock contacts of thermal relay FR2 and contactor KM1 are normal. If any problems are found, solve them immediately.
