What motor components should be tested for ABB motor parts insulation kit maintenance
Date:2021-05-27 16:30:26
ABB motor parts insulation kit maintenance requires inspection of motor parts: whether the working surface of the motor parts is smooth, whether there are burn marks, stripes and other defects, the working surface should be smooth, free of rust and grease, and the external binding of the motor parts insulation should be correct and well sealed. If not handled properly, please use non lattice glass tape soaked in synthetic resin for binding to prevent mica sheet leakage during motor operation.
The matching of ABB motor accessories and shafts, as well as the matching of rings and insulation sleeves, should be firm. Gently tap the fitting position between the copper ring and copper sleeve with a small hammer, and there should be a metallic sound. The electric brush and ring should be in close contact, and the pressure difference between the electric brushes should not exceed 20% of their average value. For AGS asynchronous motors with electric brush lifting devices for windings and air intake grilles, the electric shock on the short-circuit ring and the motor accessory blades should be uniformly in contact, with a contact area exceeding 60%, to avoid single contact, rotor phase operation or contact overheating, and elastic loss. For minor burns, pitting, and brush marks on the surface of motor accessories, please use oilstone and fine file to polish.
If the distance is too large, it will cause the electric brush to bounce inside the brush box. If it is a hard electric brush, it may break. The brush should slide flexibly in the brush box, and the surface of the inner hole of the brush box should be smooth. The dimensional tolerance of the inner hole of the brush box is H10, the axial dimensional tolerance is H8, and the width and thickness tolerance of the electric brush is d11. The gap between the electric brush and the wall of the brush box should be 0.1-0.2mm. If the gap is too large, the electric brush will oscillate tangentially inside the brush box, affecting the normal operation of the motor components. If the gap is too small, it will affect the normal operation of the motor components. The rear baffle motor will cause the electric brush to get stuck in the brush box, resulting in an arc similar to welding, which will burn out the surface of the copper ring.
The insulation sleeve of ABB motor accessories is intact, without cracks or looseness, and the wire connection should be firm. At a working temperature of 75 ℃, the insulation resistance value should not be less than 0.5M Ω. For electric brush devices, the distance between the lower edge of the electric brush box and the surface of the motor accessories should be 2-4mm.
