2. Inspect the appearance of the ABB variable frequency motor cooling fan to ensure proper installation and check that the cooling fan is operating normally.
3. Check if the power semiconductor module is fixed, based on the standard of rectifier tube 0.5/2,3Nm (raw/final) and IGBT module 0.5/3,5Nm (raw/final).
4. Check the wiring of the ABB variable frequency motor circuit board and main power circuit. During the appearance inspection of the ABB variable frequency motor, all electrical circuits must be given high attention to ensure that they are fixed and not moved. Check whether all installation screws are tightened; Check the wiring of DC capacitors and DC series reactors; Check the wiring of the sensor of the frequency converter; Check the connection wires inside the circuit board; Check the welding status of the output power module.
