The lifespan of Siemens three-phase asynchronous motors is determined by the following factors: 
1. The prerequisite is a qualified and compliant motor, such as power, temperature rise, efficiency, and insulation level. 
2. Under the above conditions, the factors affecting the lifespan of the image include overload, ambient temperature, grid voltage, and installation accuracy (radial and axial loads caused by incorrect or improper installation, whereas we actually use tangential loads). 
3. For example, when a standard 2-horsepower motor is used at 1.5 horsepower and other conditions remain unchanged, its lifespan will increase several times; The radial load of pulley installation is much greater than that of direct connection, and its impact on the bearing life of the motor is almost fatal; If used in a 10 degree environment, it can last for 3 years, but in a 60 degree environment, it may only last for 2 hours. 
If Siemens three-phase asynchronous motors are maintained every 1-2 years (such as checking bearings and replacing lubricating grease), it is not a problem to use them for 20-30 years. Generally, after burning out and rewinding more than 5 times, the energy consumption increases due to the increase in magnetic leakage, making it useless.
