The 1MT0003 series high-efficiency explosion-proof fully enclosed, self fan cooled three-phase asynchronous motor is a brand new product. This series of explosion-proof motors fully complies with design standards such as IEC 60079-0:2017/IEC 60079-1:2017 and GB/T 3836.1-2021/GB/T 3836.2-2021, with an explosion-proof rating of Ex db IIB T4 Gb and explosion-proof performance certified by CQST. Its efficiency meets the requirements of IEC 60034-30 IE3 high efficiency level (50Hz) and complies with GB 18613-2020 energy efficiency level three.

The 1MT0003 series high-efficiency explosion-proof electric motor can be widely used in hazardous fields and places such as petroleum, chemical, and oil and gas. The design of the motor ensures that the explosion inside the motor will not affect the external environment. The energy generated by the explosion inside dissipates in a space called the "explosion-proof chamber", making it insufficient to ignite the explosive environment outside.

The standard configuration for the 1MT0003 series electric motor is deep groove ball bearings, which are sealed or self-lubricating and designed to meet explosion-proof requirements. The standard design for motors within the range of FS160~355 includes fixing the non drive end bearings. The standard design bearing for motors within the range of FS80~132 is floating, and the drive end bearing can be optionally fixed with option number L20.
