The standard insulation system design requirement for 1TL0 motor is to ensure its normal operation when the power supply voltage of the frequency converter does not exceed 460 V.

When the 1TL0 motor is frequency converted (powered by a frequency converter) and outputs rated power, the operating temperature level of the motor is 155 (F). To avoid damage to motor bearings caused by stray currents, it is recommended to use insulated bearings for FS250~355 motors.
