What is the application of Siemens reducers in automotive manufacturing?

Chuangjuman Electromechanical has recently collaborated with machine tool customers because they have strict requirements for gearbox selection. Therefore, they have adopted the Siemens SIMOGEAR series.
What is the purpose of this project, mainly in the automotive industry, which involves stamping metal sheets into body parts.
Also, because we have worked together several times, I am more familiar with the automotive industry. In fact, many of the equipment used in the automotive industry are complete sets.
The formation of a car requires passing through the stamping workshop and then the welding workshop, where the body components are welded together to form a white body. Painting workshop, spray paint the white body to improve product life, beautify appearance, install interior, powertrain, control assembly, etc., and finally enter the whole vehicle inspection and testing.

The entire automobile manufacturing industry uses a lot of reducers and motors. This includes belt conveyor system, sled conveyor, plate friction conveyor, three-dimensional warehouse, self-propelled trolley stacking type, suspended conveyor chain, and stacking chain elevator.
Based on experience, the commonly used model for stamping lines is the K series.
The power range of the deceleration motor used in the stamping line is relatively small, and it is mainly used for frequency conversion. Therefore, when the motor speed is relatively low, a strong cooling fan needs to be installed. Moreover, the service factor of the deceleration motor is around 1.5, and some empty material operation stations have a service factor of around 1.
What about the reduction motors used in the final assembly line? The required power range is relatively large and mainly used for frequency conversion. Therefore, when the motor speed is low, a strong cooling fan needs to be installed. Some processes require controlling the position of the workstation and require the use of a brake.
Another special feature is the use of deceleration motors in the painting line, which require high-temperature motors due to high ambient temperatures. In explosive environments, explosion-proof motors are required, which are mostly frequency converters. Therefore, they need to be installed when the motor speed is low.
Strong cooling fans require the use of explosion-proof brakes to control the position of workstations in certain processes.
