Chuangjuman Electromechanical has collaborated for the first time on a cable car system and provided a matching solution to the supplier. Previously, all the driver series they used were imported from Germany.
This time, we are still purchasing European technology because many years ago, ABB and Siemens participated in the construction of the world-renowned Jungfrau Railway, providing power solutions for its 9-kilometer cogged railway.
The cable car system has strict requirements for suppliers, and regardless of the weather, the cable car must ensure trouble free operation 365 days a year.
So, whether it is the combination of deceleration motors, frequency converters, and other equipment, it is necessary to ensure safe and comfortable air traffic.
To achieve long-distance cable car traction at a steep height of 104% (approximately 46 °) and a speed of up to 10.6 meters per second, strong electrical support is required. The Siemens Flender gearbox box installed at the cable car valley station plays this role.
