Introduction to Siemens 1LE0003 Motor

SIMOTICS 1LE0003 Siemens motor is a cast iron housing universal fully enclosed self-fan cooling or forced cooling three-phase asynchronous motor, with a protection level of IP55. This series of motors is designed and produced in accordance with the requirements of relevant standards such as ISO, IEC, and GB.

The SIMOTICS 1LE0003 series of ultra-high-efficiency low-voltage motors are suitable for continuous duty (S1), constant speed, or variable frequency speed regulation applications within a certain speed range.

Technical characteristics ■ Base material: gray cast iron;

■ Standard color: Stone gray (RAL 7030);  

■ Rated power: 0.55kW~315kW (50Hz)

■ 2, 4, and 6-pole motors of 0.75 kW and above meet the energy efficiency level 2 of GB18613-2012 standard, and can satisfy the IE3 efficiency level (50Hz) specified in IEC 60034-30 standard;  

■ Optimized compact structure;  

■ Standard installation structure types (compliant with IEC 60034-7 standard): IM B3, IM B5, IM B35, etc;  

■ All motors are designed with a protection level of IP55 (IEC 60034-5);  

■ FS1) 280 ~ 355 comes standard with a re-lubrication device, while FS1) 100 ~ 250 has it as an option;  

■ For motors within the FS 100 ~ 355 range, an enhanced cantilever force design can be chosen;  

■ The motor can be protected by winding with PTC or PT100 thermistors or KTY84-130;

■ The standard position of the junction box is at the top of the base, with the inlet hole on the right side (when viewed from the drive end). The position of the junction box and the direction of the inlet can be changed in the options;  

■ The insulation system is designed according to a temperature rating of 155°F (68°C), and is used at a temperature rating of 130°B (54°C) when operating at rated output and direct power supply;  

■ The standard cooling method for motors is self-fan cooling (IC 411 as specified in IEC 60034-6), which can provide forced cooling through an independently driven fan;  

■ FS 100 ~ 355 motors all have 2 lifting rings, while FS80~90 motors do not have lifting rings.
