Siemens B&D Electric will tell you how to choose the motor bearing

The Siemens B&D Bearing System 1TL0 series motors come standard with deep groove ball bearings or angular contact ball bearings, which are sealed or re-lubricable. For 1TL0 motors in the FS80 ~ 160 range, both the drive end and non-drive end bearings are floating; for FS180 ~ 355 motors, the drive end bearing is floating, while the non-drive end bearing is fixed. The standard bearings can withstand a certain amount of cantilever force. For details on cantilever force, refer to "Maximum Allowable Cantilever Force at the Drive End of the Motor Shaft" on page 7. When the cantilever force on the motor shaft end is significant, consider opting for a bearing design with enhanced cantilever force resistance.
