1. Flexible outlet: The rotation direction of the junction box is 4 * 90 degrees, which can be freely specified by the customer. When ordering, only the direction needs to be marked.
2. Selection of high-performance bearings and lubricants: The bearings are sourced from a Sino-Japanese joint venture manufacturer and customized according to Siemens' requirements. The new Esso Unirex N3 lubricating grease is chosen due to its high temperature resistance and non-volatility, ensuring long-term continuous and reliable operation of key components.  
3. Robust Component Connection: Adhering to Siemens' motor assembly standards, with modular design and installation, the reliability of component connection has been enhanced, significantly reducing installation and debugging time, as well as shortening delivery time.  
4. High-performance protection level: All motors are designed with an IP55 protection level, allowing them to operate outdoors or in dusty and humid environments. Users do not need to add additional maintenance equipment without affecting normal operation, and higher levels of maintenance can be provided upon user request.
5. Beautiful appearance: The radiator is distributed horizontally and vertically, with a novel design for the terminal box on the end cap, presenting a beautiful and consistent appearance. The surface is sandblasted and finished, ensuring uniform color worldwide, and the heat dissipation performance is excellent.  
6. Overload factor: All motors are designed to withstand an overload of 1.5 times the rated voltage and rated frequency for a duration of 2 minutes.  
7. Insulation: Improve the insulation performance of electric motors and extend their service life. All standard electric motors use a Class F insulation system. Based on Class B insulation evaluation, the reliability of motor operation and the service life of the motor can be improved. A higher insulation level is required.
8. Excellent rotor machining technology: After completing each rotor, maintenance and coating maintenance will be suspended.  
9. Wide voltage range and bandwidth: The theoretical voltage can fluctuate within a range of 5% of the rated voltage without affecting the normal operation of the motor. This fully aligns with the theoretical situation of voltage fluctuation in China.
