Please absolutely avoid placing flammable materials around the gearbox and motor to prevent fires. Please refrain from placing objects around the motor that could hinder its ventilation and cooling, as this could lead to burns or fires due to abnormal overheating. Do not touch the gears, motor shaft ends, or key slots on the gears with bare hands to avoid injury. In installations where smoke may be generated, such as in food machinery, please install an additional oil cup at the installation site to contain any oil leaks, thus avoiding any adverse effects on the product.

Connection to the main machinery

In the rotating section, please install safety covers and the like to prevent injuries. Before connecting with the opposing machinery, please confirm the direction of rotation. If the direction of rotation is incorrect, there is a risk of injury or damage to the installation.

When measuring insulation resistance, please do not touch the terminals to avoid the risk of electric shock.

Please connect to the power supply according to the wiring diagram or operation manual to avoid electric shock or fire. For the power cable and motor leads, please do not bend, stretch, or clamp them excessively to avoid the risk of electric shock. The grounding terminal should be firmly grounded to avoid the risk of electric shock. Be sure to use a power supply that meets the requirements on the nameplate to avoid burning the motor and causing a fire.

During operation, never approach or touch rotating objects (such as shafts). If you are involved or injured, please immediately turn off the power switch and seek timely treatment. In case of a power outage, be sure to turn off the power switch to avoid injury or damage to the installation when the power comes back on. Please note that motors equipped with thermal protectors will automatically cut off the power supply when the motor temperature is abnormal. When the motor temperature drops to a certain value, the motor will automatically resume operation.  

Routine inspection and maintenance

In normal times, ensure that the motor operates in a normal working environment. During inspection, please absolutely avoid touching rotating objects (such as shafts). There is a risk of being caught and injured.

Inspection during cargo acceptance

Please confirm whether the available stock can be differentiated from the ordered goods. Choosing the wrong product may result in damage to the motor or disruption of the installation process.
