Cable selection recommended by Siemens B&D Motor

Note:

1. It is recommended to use YJV (GB/17206) cross-linked polyethylene insulated and polyvinyl chloride sheathed 3+1 copper core cable for power cables.

2. For weak electrical signal control cables, it is recommended to use KVV (GB/T9330) multi-core control cables with PVC insulation, PE sheath, copper core, and a cross-section of 1 mm2.

3. The heating strip circuit is controlled by a strong electrical signal. Please use a KVV control cable with a copper core cross-section of 2 x 1mm2 for separate incoming lines.

4. If the cable diameter used is not within the range of the explosion-proof cable diameter, the motor will lose its explosion-proof performance.

5. If armored gland is required, special inquiry is needed.
