For models with a frequency converter power below 18.5kW, the main circuit should be composed of a seven unit module that integrates rectification, inversion, braking circuit, and temperature detection. For models with a power of 22kW or more, a rectification module and a three channel two unit inverter module should be used. At the moment of power on, the capacitor charging current is large, and excessive current may damage the rectification circuit. To maintain the rectification circuit, a current limiting resistor is connected in series to the DC circuit at the moment of power on the frequency converter.

At this point, the phenomenon of Beide motor will occur, and in severe cases, it will cause the insulation of Beide motor to be burned out. A Beide motor without a nameplate can basically be considered scrapped. Equipment and use of Beide motors without nameplates will have certain difficulties.
