1. No hammering allowed

When installing couplings, pulleys, sprockets, and other connectors on the output shaft of the reducer, direct hammering cannot be used because the output shaft structure of the reducer cannot accept axial hammering. Instead, screws can be screwed into the shaft end screw holes to press in the connectors.

2. Be sure to install a ventilation cap

Before use, the blockage at the highest position should be replaced with an exhaust plug to ensure that the gas inside the gearbox is discharged during operation. Assuming that there is no timely communication and the gearbox runs for a long time, the gas inside the gearbox will cause the oil seal to expand, resulting in oil leakage from the gearbox.

3. Communicate lubricating oil in a timely manner, paying special attention to the first time

Special attention should be paid to changing the oil for the first time. The gearbox should exchange lubricating oil in a timely manner after 300-400 hours of initial operation, and then every 1500-2000 hours thereafter. In addition, in workplaces with harsh working environments, high temperatures, and large dust, lubricating oil should be checked every half month. If any dirt is found in the lubricating oil, it should be exchanged to maintain its cleanliness, extend the service life of the gearbox, and improve economic efficiency.
