4. When disassembling the bearing, it is necessary to record the position of the eccentric block and the percentage of the excitation force. After replacing the bearing, check that the shaft of the horizontal vibration motor should have a certain amount of axial movement. Do not install the eccentric block first and test the motor empty. After normal operation, reset the eccentric block according to the original record.

Improper use not only shortens the service life of ABB horizontal motors themselves, but also causes great damage to the mechanical equipment they drive. Vertical installation, due to gravity, the brake disc is stuck underneath for a long time, causing friction and heat generation, wear on the friction surface, reduced lifespan, and increased noise.
